Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and App. Vendors are entrusted with the responsibility of managing their virtual shops, including product listings, order fulfillment, and order status updates. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that their orders can be fulfilled by the selected vendor.

Prohibited Activities:

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site.
• Copy or adapt the Site’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
• Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
• Make any unauthorized use of the Marketplace Offerings, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
• Use the Marketplace Offerings as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

Vendor Responsibilities:

Vendors are accountable for timely order fulfillment and providing accurate tracking information updates on the order status. Adherence to the delivery and fulfillment policies outlined by IndianStores.co.uk is mandatory. Vendors are encouraged to furnish clear product descriptions and images for accurate representation on the Website and App.

- Managing the listings

To minimize duplicate content and facilitate product comparison, vendors must verify whether a product is already listed before creating a new one. Additionally, vendors are prohibited from marking commonly available products as exclusive. Product descriptions and images should be generic and usable by other sellers for the same product. Images uploaded to the marketplace cannot contain watermarks from vendors.

- Order fulfillment

Vendors should clearly select the distance they deliver in the shop setting if they are providing the delivery service. Also vendors are responsible to handle the payments for the orders and keeping the order status up to date. 

User Content:

Users may submit content, such as reviews and comments, on both the Website and App. By submitting content, users grant IndianStores.co.uk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

Payments and Fees:

Indian Stores.co.uk reserves the right to charge fees for certain services on both the Website and App, including subscription fees. Users agree to pay the applicable fees. Indian Stores.co.uk retains the right to modify the subscription fees at any time, with notice provided to users. Vendors are responsible for managing their payment and financial information securely.

Return Policy:

The purchases you make are coming directly delivered the vendors, or will be picked by you directly from the vendors. So the return policy for the items you purchase are determined by the sellers of the item. If you have any queries please connect with the vendors before making the purchase.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials available on the Website and App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and images, are the property of Indian Stores.co.uk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Privacy Policy:
