After you have installed the app, when you open the app you will be prompted with the Login screen. If you don't have an account yet use the Register new account link to create your account, otherwise login using your mobile or email.
When you log in to the app, you'll see a list of shops that deliver to your location. Select a shop to start placing your order. Depending on the shop's options, you can choose home delivery (HD) or pickup from the shop (PFS). Be aware that some shops may charge a delivery fee, especially if the order amount is below a certain threshold. You can find these details on each shop's home page within the app.
When you navigate to the Items View, you can see which shops are offering the same item and at what price. This feature helps you choose the best shop for your order.
Ordering from Indian Stores on our app is similar to shopping in physical stores. If you add items from different stores, they will be placed in separate carts, and you will need to check out each cart individually. Each order will be processed and handled by the respective store.
Once you've placed an order, you have the option to chat with the store through the order tracking feature. Use this chat to discuss payment and delivery options or to cancel the order if you are not satisfied, as long as it hasn't been processed yet.
Please note that each store has its own refund policy. If you feel that a store's policy is unfairly applied, you can report the issue to us, and we will intervene with the store on your behalf.
